Meet ITravelBalkans. An organization that offers affordable hostels in Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia, Slovenia, & Kosovo. Their main advantage is that there’s no middleman to facilitate bookings – booking request is going directly to the hostel’s owner email and the communication continues there.

We did a fully redesign and a custom CMS for managing the hostels. We tried simplifying UX and get as minimalistic as we can go so the user can get to the hostel's booking form in a few clicks.
